One of the latest swimming complex that was just opened in 6th March 2000, Jurong East Swimming Complex was designed for the family in mind. Fun facilities such as the wave pool is ideal for the whole family to have fun and cool off together. However, the lack of a teaching pool is one reason why swimming lessons are uncommon in this particular swimming complex. Another factor is that the amusement facilities would be too much of a distraction for the young. Facilities include a Competition Pool, a Wading Pool, a Wave Pool, a Lazy River, 3 water Slides, a Jacuzzi and a Bubble Jet Station.
