Term And Conditions
Payment
Do made full payment before the starting of swimming lessons. Payments made are strictly non-refundable and in any case that you cannot attend the remaining swimming lesson, it is non-transferable to any third party
Weather Condition
The swimming instructor and the pool authority reserve the exclusive rights to cancel the swimming lesson for safety reasons on rainy days. Instead of the normal swimming lesson, swimming instructor will be conducting drills exercise, water safety theory or Q&A. Hence, we strongly encourage you to attend classes regardless of the weather conditions unless you have been informed that the lesson is cancelled. Lesson can be resumed under drizzling rain.
Swimming Equipment
You will need a swim goggle for your swimming lesson. Other then that , your instructor will decide whether you need to have a swim board or swim pull buoy after your first lesson with him/her. We are selling the swimming equipment as well, purchase these products from us at a cheaper rate!
Relief Instructor
On any day that your swimming instructor is not available, we reserve the rights to send a relief swimming instructor.
Makeup Lesson
No refund and make up class will be given if student did not turn up or when lesson has to be cancelled due to bad weather. However if lesson is cancelled by the swimming instructor, make-up class will be arrange for the student.
Temporary Discontinuation Of Swimming Lesson
Student has to give us one month notice if he/she wants to temporary stop the swimming class.

Responsibility
We will not be held responsible for any claims regarding any injury, damage or loss of life while attending this course.
Attendance
* Group Lesson:
There will be no refunds or make-up lessons for any
absenteeism, late coming or cancellation of any sort.
* Private Lesson:
Lost time due to late coming will neither be compensated
nor made up. Any last minute cancellation will not be
entertained unless the student informs the instructor at
least 6 hours before hand after which make-up lessons
will have to be arranged directly and in favor to the
instructor. All students will still be required to
undergo at least 4 lessons on a monthly basis. Failure
to undergo the minimum required lessons will result in
any outstanding lessons to be forfeited.
* No swimming lessons / classes will be conducted on the
following days below. It is the student responsibility
to be aware of swim holiday. We will not notify any
student of the below dates
* Singapore Public Holidays
* New Year Eve
* Chinese New Year Eve
* Chinese New Year day 1 up to the 5th day of lunar
calendar
* Every 29th, 30th, 31st of the month
